Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners allege that the 1st petitioner was allotted land to an extent of Acs.3.00 in Survey No.49 C of Vandagallu Village, Kosigi Mandal, Kurnool District and he was also issued passbook and title deeds. Petitioners 2 to 5 were allotted land to an extent of Acs.4.50 cents of the same village and they were also issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds. They allege that from the date of allotment of land, they are in possession and enjoyment of the said property. While so, other adjacent land owners are trying to remove the boundary stones and encroach into their lands. Therefore, the 1st petitioner made application in F-Line on 13.07.2017 and petitioners 2 to 5 made application on 17.04.2017 through Mee-Seva requesting to conduct survey of their lands. But, so far the said applications are not processed and no survey is conducted causing lot of hardship and suffering to the petitioners. 3.

As per the material placed on record, on 13.04.2017 and 17.04.2017, applications of the petitioners were registered in Mee-Seva. If that is so and the applications are pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Kosigi Mandal, Kurnool District, shall examine the request of the petitioners to conduct survey and communicate appropriate decision as warranted by law. The said decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioners within

a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
