THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.SHYAM PRASAD Writ Petition No.4666 of 2001 ORDER :
Sri G.Praveen Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the subject bank went into liquidation and no cause survives in the Writ Petition and he cannot claim any relief now, therefore, he requested to close the writ petition.
Considering the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, since it is represented that the subject bank went into liquidation and the petitioner is not claiming any relief now, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition whenever cause arises. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
