THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12635 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail in Crime No.203 of 2015 on the file of Utnoor P.S., District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner is that he committed murder of his wife by pressing her neck and fisted over her chest, as she has illegal intimacy with another person. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the offences alleged against him and there is no direct evidence to connect the petitioner with the alleged offences and that the parents of the deceased did not chose to give any complaint against the petitioner and the petitioner was arrested on 16.11.2015 and since then he has been in judicial custody.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the criminal petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court concerned and file an application, for grant of bail. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J December 07, 2015.
