This writ petition is filed challenging the notice dated 8.9.2017 proposing to hold the General Body Meeting of the society on 25.09.2017.

Since the said date has expired, no relief can be granted in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, this order will not prevent the petitioner from filing a fresh writ petition on the fresh cause of action. No costs.
