SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.5280 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the Petitioner/Accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.413 of 2013, pending on the file of the Court of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, registered for the offence punishable under Section 382 of I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, filed a Memo, reporting that he received written instructions from the Mailardevpally Police Station stating that C.C. No.413 of 2013 ended in acquittal. 3.

Hence, recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
