This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.271 of 2019 of Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 448 and 506 I.P.C.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police concerned after completion of investigation filed charge sheet in the subject crime and therefore, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
