This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in D.V.No.39 of 2019 pending on the file of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Junior Civil Judge, Hayathnagar.

The marriage of 1st petitioner with 1st respondent was performed on 7.3.2015 and thereafter it appears that matrimonial disputes arose between them. There are no specific allegations against petitioner Nos.2 to 4/A2 to A4. 3.

Considering the above, the appearance of petitioner Nos.2 to 4/A2 to A4 in D.V.C.No.39 of 2019 pending on the file of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate-cum-Junior Civil Jude, Hayathnagar, is dispensed with. However, it is made clear that petitioner No.1 shall appear before the said Court in the D.V.C.
