This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 16.2.2016 passed in I.A. No.444 of 2013 in O.S. No.731 of 2013 on the file of the Court of IV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad. 2.
Party-in-person not present. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.731 of 2013 on 29.12.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. 3.
Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
