Originally, the plaintiff/1st respondent herein filed O.S.No.45 of 1991 for recovery of a sum of Rs.5,000/- with interest before the Junior Civil Judge, Palakonda and the same was dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, he filed A.S.No.26 of 1998 before the Senior Civil Judge, Rajam, and the same was allowed reversing the decree passed by the trial Court. Challenging the same, defendant/appellant filed this appeal. As seen from the entire evidence and documents placed, there is no substantial question of law as required to be framed under Section 100(4) of C.P.C. Therefore, there is nothing to determine in this appeal. The Second Appeal is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
