HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2018 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner invokes the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a limited prayer to direct the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kovur to take up and dispose of I.A. No.885 of 2012 in O.S. No.10 of 1987 pending before the Court expeditiously and pass appropriate orders. It is brought to the notice of this Court that I.A. No.885 of 2012 is filed for the relief of amendment of plaint and to pass an additional preliminary decree in O.S. No.10 of 1987.

The trial Court is directed to take up I.A. No.885 of 2012 for disposal and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy thereof. It is made clear that except the direction to dispose of the said application, it shall not be treated that this Court is expressing any view on the merits of the instant prayer. It is for the learned trial Judge to consider and pass appropriate orders after hearing both sides.

The C.R.P. is ordered as indicated above. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the C.R.P. shall stand closed. ___________ S.V.BHATT, J Date:05.06.2015 Stp
