THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 17013 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent police in calling the petitioner to the police station and in interfering with the civil disputes and also in pressurising the petitioner to vacate the house bearing No.3-1-285/1, Samithi Singaram Village, Manuguru Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, at the instane of 5th respondent, without registering any crime against the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government for Home produced written instructions dt.16.08.2019 produced by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Manuguru P.S., Bhadradri Kothagudem District. To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under:

" It is submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner that the respondent No.3 is calling him to the police station by interfering in civil disputes and by directing him to vacate the house is false and denied herewith, as the respondent No.3 never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner nor called him to police station at any point of time.

It is submitted that there is no complaint against the petitioner by any individual and the respondent No.3 has never called him to police station."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent police are interfering with the civil disputes.

In this case it is to be seen that as on today, no crime is registered or any complaint is made against the petitioner. In view of the same, the respondent police are directed not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and third parties. They are also directed not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner, except in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
