THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2069 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner is against the illegal and unauthorised constructions allegedly carried on by the 3rd respondent.

Though the petitioner has submitted the representation dated 31.12.2016 to Respondents 1 and 2 seeking appropriate action, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, this Writ Petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Ms. D. Sandhya. Learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and the allegation made therein, if proved true, necessary action will be initiated against the 3rd respondent in accordance with law. Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass necessary orders thereon. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
