HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.17022 OF 2019 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioner is that he made application on 15-06-2019 for transfer of electricity service connection in his name in respect of House bearing No.2-56/30/10 constructed on Plot bearing No.10, admeasuring 500 square yards in Sy.No.11/31 (Part), situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.16437 of 2019 by its order dated 07-08-2019.

In view of the same, since it is stated that application of the petitioner is pending before the competent authority, the competent authority is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
