This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus seeking to declare the order dated 18.11.2016 in CTA No.20 of 2016 passed by the Cooperative Tribunal, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitionerbank to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to it under law.

Permission is granted.
