THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.M.A.No.1009 of 2011 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Section 30 of the Workmen's Compensation Act assailing the judgment and decree dated 14.07.2009 passed in W.C.No.174 of 2008 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-IV, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
