Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of the Contempt Case, the respondents have restored the fair-price-shop dealership of the petitioner to the petitioner. In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
