The Court made the following:

CVNR, J & GSP, J C.M.A.No.405 of 2009 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against docket order, dated 19.03.2009, in I.A.No.412 of 2009 in O.S.No.180 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, whereby he has dismissed the said I.A. filed for temporary injunction pending the suit.

The Registry has placed before the Court an internet copy of Daily Status of the cases before the lower Court, which shows that the suit itself was dismissed without costs on 29.06.2010.

With the disposal of the suit, the present appeal, filed against the interlocutory order passed pending the suit, has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the appellant has also fairly conceded the same.

In the light of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, interim order dated 09.04.2009 is vacated and C.M.A.M.P.No.742 of 2009 is disposed of as infructuous.
