Sri A.Sai Naveen, learned counsel on behalf of Sri Venkateswara Rao Gudipati, learned counsel for the appellants, submits that the cause in the present appeal does not survive and, therefore, the present appeal has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the instant appeal, stand closed.
