THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI WRIT PETITION No. 42778 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The petitioner is the applicant in O.A.No.5255 of 2014 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. By order dated 02.09.2014, the Tribunal disposed of the O.A requiring the authorities to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2014 within a time frame. The contempt proceedings initiated by the petitioner before the Tribunal came to naught as they were beyond time. Hence, this writ petition. Sri Chandra Sekhar Ilpakurti, learned counsel, would inform this Court that apart from the representation dated 22.01.2014, the petitioner made a fresh representation on 05.05.

2016 to the authorities but despite the same no order has been passed. As the petitioner is merely seeking an innocuous relief of consideration of his representations, the writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to consider the representations dated 22.01.2014 and 05.05.2016 made by the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously and, in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The authorities shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner in the event his representations are rejected. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
