Macharla Srinivas, Nalgonda Dt., v. Macharla Shobha, Hyd And 2 Otrs.,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.629 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard.
The gross salary is about Rs.36,000/- per month including from Ex.P1 not in dispute, but for to consider what is the net salary from the permissible deductions out of it also with reference to Ex.R1 pay slip and so far as the 2nd respondent herein concerned, in the impugned order of the learned Judge, Family Court, itself is clear that till date of attaining age of majority or getting employment of 2nd respondent herein/MC 2nd petitioner, she is entitled to maintenance. The document filed on behalf of revision respondents i.e., wife and daughter of the revision petitioner clearly shows that she got employment and joined in February 2017. Thus, from 01.03.2017 the revision petitioner as MC respondent is not liable to pay any maintenance to his daughter, but for the above there is nothing to reduce the maintenance amount.
Accordingly and in the result, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed in part.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
