JUDGMENT:

This second appeal arises out of judgment and decree dt.21.07.2006 in A.S. No.180 of 2000 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Visakhapatnam. Mr. N. Aswini Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the second appeal with liberty to his client to avail appropriate remedies available for him in law.

The second appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
