No representation on either side on call. There was no representation even on 29.11.2022 and 24.01.2023. When the matter was listed on 27.01.2023, learned counsel for the appellant sought time. However, again on this day there is no representation. This goes to show that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Appeal.

Therefore, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
