This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A7 under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.71 of 2019 on the file of the Judl. First Class Magistrate, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District.. 2.

Basing on the private complaint filed by the 2nd respondent herein against the petitioner-A7 and other accused (A1 to A6) under Section 200 Cr.P.C., the learned Judl. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the personal appearance of the petitioner/A7 in C.C.No.71 of 2019 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District, is hereby dispensed with while permitting him to mark his appearance through his counsel, except on the dates when his presence is specifically required by the said Court. 6.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
