THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.39137 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The prayer in the Writ Petition is with regard to the alleged inaction on the part of respondents 2 to 4 in considering the petitioners' representations, dated 11.03.2015 and 19.06.2015, for mutation of their names in the revenue records as regards the lands mentioned the Writ Petition.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has received instructions from the Tahsildar, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the 4th respondent, which state that the petitioners representations were examined and it is stated that the land admeasuring Ac.1.33 guntas in Survey No.187 situated at Lothukunta, Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is recorded as Mafi Inam land and the pattadars name is recorded as Ahmed Bihari Lal and three others and for the land admeasuring Acs.12.05 guntas in Survey No.189 in the same village, the pattadars name is also recorded as Ahmed Bihari Lal and three others. With regard to the petitioners' representations, it is stated that they were already informed by Office Memo, dated 23.06.2015, to apply through Mee Seva, so as to enable the 4th respondent to take up and consider their request. Learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, states that the petitioners may be permitted to apply afresh. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the
petitioners to make appropriate application before the 4th respondent through Mee Seva and if such an application is received by the 4th respondent, he shall examine and the same and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
