THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.375 of 2016 ORDER:

It is stated by the learned counsel for petitioner that the interim order dt.09-12-2015 in W.P.M.P.No.51562 of 2015 in W.P.No.39939 of 2015, whose disobedience is complained of in this Contempt Case, has since been complied, petitioner does not wish to pursue the Contempt Case.

In view of the said submission, I am not inclined to proceed further in this Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
