This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 13.6.2016 passed in E.P. No.106 of 2014 in O.S. No.861 of 2011 on the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the executing Court disposed of the E.P., on 09.8.2017. In view of the disposal of the E.P., the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
