THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1126 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 01.09.2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.29600 of 2017.

By the aforesaid order, this Court disposed of the Writ Petition directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 therein not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question without following due process of law.

Respondent herein filed a counter-affidavit asserting that prior to or after passing of the aforesaid order of this Court, he never interfered with the land of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondent, the Contempt Case is closed.
