This appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 read with Section 104 of C.P.C. assailing the order dated 21.11.2006 passed in I.A.No.3105 of 2006 in O.S.No.145 of 2005 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

A perusal of the record reveals that the appeal against respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 was dismissed for default on 30.03.2016.

No representation on behalf of the appellant on 11.07.2018. Today also no representation on behalf of the appellant even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
