Sri G. Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that petitioners 2 and 3 were granted the promotions, which were the cause for grievance in this writ petition and therefore, no orders are required to be passed in this writ petition at this stage. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed. This order shall however not preclude petitioners 2 and 3 from seeking redressal of their grievances, if any, in relation to the said promotions. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
