Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the counsel for respondent.

After considering the affidavit filed in support of the Contempt Case as well as the counter-affidavit filed by respondent, it is clear at this point of time that the respondent in the Contempt Case has not done anything in the Amenities Area within the Symphony Park Colony in the subject property.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to petitioner to approach as and when the cause of action to initiate Contempt proceedings arise.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed as above. No order as to costs.

5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
