THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2823 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

A perusal of the FIR shows prima facie accusation made against the petitioner. As such, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner is a Head Master working in M.P.U.P.S High School, Pragatoor, Alampur Mandal, Mahoob Nagar District, the Police of Bethamcherla Police Station, Kurnool District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/Accused No.1 during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ______________________ U.DURGA PRASAD RAO,J 08-04-2015 eha
