cc_1713_2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 27-09-2016 in W.A.M.P.No. 2356 of 2015 in W.A.No. 278 of 2015. 2.

On careful perusal of the record, we are not inclined to entertain this contempt case at this stage for two reasons, namely; (1) proper description of the respondent is not made in the cause title and (2) the petitioner has not put the respondent on notice that he has violated the interim order of this Court before filing this contempt case. Hence, the contempt case is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt case by removing the above two deficiencies.

As a sequel to dismissal of the contempt case, Application No. 769 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
