THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Tr.C.M.P.No.785 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw A.S.No.21 of 2016 on the file of the Court of III Additional District Judge, Nandyal, and transfer the same to the Court of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the first appellate Court to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned III Additional District Judge, Nandyal, is hereby directed to dispose of A.S.No.21 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above observation, transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
