THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.9838 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari and call for the records pertaining to the Award dated 27.12.2002 passed in I.D.No.68 of 2000 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam and quash the same.

The writ petition against respondent No.2 was dismissed on 29.12.2010. Hence, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending in view of the dismissal of the petition against respondent No.2 in the year 2010.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
