In this writ petition, limited grievance of the petitioner is, non-consideration of his application dated 05.10.2020 for grant of permission for construction of compound wall and watchman room in the land admeasuring Acs.4.18 guntas in Survey No.4/17 situated at Ghansimiyaguda Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, by respondent No. 3-Ghansimiyaguda Gram Panchayat, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had complied with all the formalities required, including payment of fee as mandated.

Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the application of the petitioner would be processed and orders would be passed.

In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to pass orders on the application dated 05.10.2020 submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, it is open to the petitioner to avail the deemed permission as provided for under Section 114 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018.
