THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.6588 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order in O.S.No.29 of 2008 dated 05.10.2012 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Yellamanchili. Aggrieved by the very same order dated 05.10.2012, the present civil revision petition is filed on various grounds. However, it is informed by the Senior Civil Judge, Yellamanchili, that O.S.No.29 of 2008 was decreed on 04.04.2017. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous.

In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
