HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD Crl.R.C.No. 1142 of 2018 JUDGMENT:- Sri T. Pradyumna Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he has submitted a letter to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
