The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondent No.4-Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal is not considering the application dated 04.07.2019 alleged to have been submitted by him for issuance of community certificate. As the grievance of the petitioner is limited, the writ petition can be disposed of at the stage of admission. It may be noted that an application for issuance of community certificate is required to be processed as per the procedure prescribed under the Telangana (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993 and the Telangana (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Rules, 1997 (for short 'the Rules'). In those circumstances, respondent No.4 shall consider the application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the aforesaid Act and the Rules and pass necessary orders and communicate the same to the petitioner within 60 days as mandated under Rule 5 (h) of the Rules.
Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:13.08.2019 kdl
