HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2091 of 2012 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.16685 of 2007 dated 25.06.2008. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. On 17.11.2022 and 23.11.2022 also, there is no representation for the petitioner. The present Contempt Case is filed in the year 2012 and it is not admitted so far. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh application, if the contempt still survives.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
