Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner alleges that her husband is the owner of lands admeasuring Ac.15.07 guntas in various Survey numbers mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition of Arpapally Village, Sarangapur mandal, Jagtial District. The pattadar pass books and title deeds were issued in favour of the husband of the petitioner. While so, the husband of the petitioner died on 27.11.2002. After his death petitioner made an application before the Tahsildar, Sarangapur Mandal-4th respondent, for mutation of her name in the revenue records. But no action was taken. After filing several applications for mutation, the 4th respondent issued notice dated 10.09.2013 stating that petitioner has to submit the application in "Mee Seva" centre. Accordingly, petitioner applied on 09.01.2016 and 10.01.2016 through APOnline for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the subject lands. But so far no order communicating mutation of her name is furnished. Hence, this writ petition.

As seen from the material placed on record, the receipt issued by APOnline dated on 09.01.2016 & 10.01.2016 is filed as Ex.P.2. If that is so, and the application is pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Sarangapur Mandal, Jagtial District, shall consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as

- 3 - warranted by law. The said decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
