This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ plaintiffs 1, 2, 4 and 5, assailing the order, dated 07.11.2013, of the learned XX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, passed in I.A.No.434 of 2013 in O.S.No.722 of 2012.

There is no representation for the petitioners. The Registry brings to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was dismissed without costs on 20.04.2017. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3 .
