Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has filed a letter dated 07.07.2017 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail other remedies including filing of fresh writ petition in case of non-consideration of the petitioner's case. Permission is accorded.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty as sought. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
