HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3677 OF 2014 P.C:
Learned counsel for the parties filed joint compromise memo duly signed by them and the parties. I have perused the memo. It appears that the parties have settled their dispute amicably in terms of the joint compromise memo. The joint compromise memo is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The petitioner is present in the Court and she states that she has received the amount as mentioned in the joint compromise memo.
In view thereof, C.R.P is disposed of as infructuous since it does not survive for consideration. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
