Petitioner claims to be pattadar and possessor on the strength of Pattadar Pass Book No.T2919O121113 in respect of land in an extent of Ac.O.21 guntas in Sy.No.L93/A4/ 1, Janapahad Village, Palakaveedu Mandal, Suryapet District. Hence, there shall be interim direction to the respondents No.3 and 4 not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner in respect of land in an extent of Ac,O.21 guntas in Sy.No.L93/ A4/t, Janapahad Village, Palakaveedu Manda!, Suryapet District, without following due process of law. List on L5.06.2026.
