When the matter is taken up, written instructions dated 19.07.2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Toopran Police Station, Medak District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:

"It is respectfully submitted that as per the records, the facts of the case are as follows:- - The petitioner herein has sent a petition dated 20.03.2018 to this respondent police station of Toopran, Medak district through post in which it was stated that the persons named in the complaint Mr. Kaverigari Srinivas Reddy and 8 others (whose names were mentioned in the complaint) are cheated him by tampering the revenue records in respect of this lands situated in Narsampally village, Toopran Mandal, Medak district and hence requested to take necessary action against the above named persons as per law.

Upon receipt of the said petition through post, an entry was made into the station General Diary, after enquiry action will be taken.

Since the dispute of the petitioner herein as well as the petitions named in the complaint is purely a land dispute and civil in nature and hence this respondent police did not initiate any action oh the said complaint.

When this respondent police are trying to intimate the result of the complaint, the petitioner is not available; hence the result of the complainant was informed to the petitioner through notice U'S 157(11) Cr.P.C., by register post. The revenue officials are competent persons to initiate action if any alleged tampering made by the persons named in the complaint who are the unofficial respondents herein. The revenue officials also did not complain the respondent police about the tampering of revenue records by the persons named in the complaint of the petitioner herein. It is humbly submitted that the petitioner to settle his personal scores with the unofficial respondents, unnecessarily trying to involve the respondent police into the civil dispute. In view of the above facts and circumstances, I pray this Hon' ble court to dismiss the writ petition as against this respondent police and to pass such other order or orders as it may deem fit and proper.."

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above said instructions. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open to him, in accordance with law.. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
