Heard the learned counsel for petitioner before admission. 2.

It is submitted that the order is complied with including from the direction of this Court dated 18.09.2018 by the joint inspection and joint memo of the inspection is also filed of no debris, water drums etc in the common passage and the same is existing vacantly and drainage pipeline construction by the G.H.M.C. is also in order. 3.

Recording the above submission, this Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
