Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks a direction to the respondents to return the original certificates of the petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to state that the respondents shall release the original certificates of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
