O R D E R

The petitioner complains against the inaction in investigating the crime in FIR.No.121/2012 dated 15.12.2012 on the file of Police Station, Narasapuram Rural, West Godavari District, as illegal and unconstitutional. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, by referring to written instructions dated 23.04.2017 states that after preliminary investigation, it transpired that the ingredients of trespass, as alleged by the petitioner, are not attracted and the crime was referred vide C.No.787/Crime-refer/SDPO-N/2012 dated 31-12-2012 from Sub Divisional Officer, Narasapuram as "false". Therefore, according to him, the allegation of inaction against the respondents is unsustainable. Mr. Ratna Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner requests the court to give liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedies against the referring of crime, in accordance with law.

By granting liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
