This civil revision petition does not survive for consideration on merits as it arises out of the order passed in I.A.No.399 of 2017 in O.S.No.60 of 2017 and the said suit was itself decreed by the trial Court vide judgment dated 24.08.2017.

The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
