HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 5605 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 23.02.2016, passed the following interim order:- "Accordingly, the 1st and 4th respondents are directed to release pensionary benefits to the applicant as expeditiously as possible."

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the interim order dated 23.02.2016, the respondent authorities has released the pensionary benefits to the petitioner and further submits that the cause in the Writ Petition(TR) does not survive for further adjudication and pray this Court to close the writ petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
